Art Deco Top (2022)
Seed beads, sequins, chaton montees and bugle beads on silk organza, hand stitched to silk/rayon velvet upper. Partially lined with Cupro satin.
Cocktail Dress with sheer beaded overlay (2019)
Japanese silk cocktail dress with matching silk organza overlay. The beadwork on the overlay mimics the floral pattern of the cocktail dress’s fabric. Silk and metallic threads, glass seed beads, and cup sequins.
Flapper dress (2022)
Silk crepe de chine and yoryu flapper dress, inspired by architectural drawings. The dress features a cut out décolletage, bust darts, and an asymmetrical sweeping hip detail. Seed beads, silk thread, and sequins.
Wedding Dress (2019)
My first Tambour Embroidery project - stitched on illusion tulle in seed beads, swarovski crystals, freshwater pearls, and sequins. Dress is self drafted, made from hand dyed silk, and features an internal corselet to support the low back.
Beaded Bra (2020)
Silk and metallic thread, seed beads, and crystals on silk organza, stitched into the back of a bra I designed and made. Designed to be worn with backless dress, the secondary straps are removable.
Silicone Clutch (2022)
Mirror sequins stitched on a sheet of 0.6mm silicone with monofilament thread, stitched into a zippered clutch. Embellished with glass drop beads. This piece was experimental, and inspired by Thierry Mugler’s wet-look inspired Met Gala dress made for Kim Kardashian in 2019.
